Across the might oceans to the far corners of
this Globe,
I watch your every action as you journey on
life’s road.
I hear your every comment and I know your every
thought,
And how is it just possible for such things to
be wrought?
It is because I am within you, how else could
this be so?
Filling in your “time sheet” as the years do
come and go,
You’re created in my likeness – that no-one else
can see,
Because I’ve hidden myself so well in your
immortality.
Giving you complete freedom – yet a conscience
at the same time,
To make you know I am at work within that mind
of mine,
A presence that cannot be found – by mere mortal
man,
Only by death is it released, this being my
master plan.
And even before you ask of me, I know your every
prayer,
Because I’m every part of you and go with you
everywhere.
Being clothed in mortal flesh you fail to focus
me at all,
I am so mighty in my breadth but can shrink
myself so small.
To be in the smallest living thing upon this
planet of clay,
I’m older that anything imaginable and as young
as a baby, born today.
And my power has no limit, and my love for each,
the same,
No matter your wealth or poverty, or to what
mankind knows your name.
To me you are all my children, who stumble, yet
rise from the falls,
Having the strength to conquer, for I’m always
within your call.
Don’t look for me high in the heavens, although
there of course I shall be,
But say to yourself every step of your span:
